探讨中微子超光速的现象

如果中微子属于中性轻子的话,其速度是不可能超过光速的,为什么欧洲核子研究中心的实验测量上出现中微子超光速现象呢?只能有一种合理解释:宇宙中的确存在反时空。也就是说甲乙两地距离除了视界的正空间,还应存在着反空间,在极端高能条件下中微子在反空间中通过甲乙两地,因甲乙两地距离的反空间小于正空间,所以中微子通过反空间所用的时间比正空间所用的时间短,即使中微子的速度小于等于光速,而实际测量时从正空间看来会出现中微子超光速的假象。所以欧洲核子研究中心发现的中微子超光速现象暗示人们宇宙中有可能存在着反时空。

Sustainable Transport,Market Segmentation and Tourism: The Looe Valley Branch Line Railway,Cornwall, UK

This paper uses cluster analysis, a form of a posteriori market segmentation, to understand the attitudes of tourists and the local community towards using the Looe Valley Branch Railway Line. The research revealed five segments of users distinguished by their attitudes towards using the train. Following this, the paper discusses the implications of the survey findings for attracting more people to use the Looe Valley Line. It sets its findings in the context of the sustainable tourism aims of reducing transport congestion and emissions, as well as recent work on assessing the scope for sustainable transport development in the leisure and tourism markets.     

Employee involvement and participation: developing the concept of institutional embeddedness using WERS2004

It is widely accepted that employee involvement and participation (EIP) is a key component of the high commitment bundle of HRM, but that it can take a range of forms in practice. Much of the analysis to date has either treated different forms of EIP as a single construct or has measured EIP by virtue of its presence or absence alone. Drawing on earlier work based on the data from WERS1998 examining the link between various forms of EIP and employee outcomes such as job satisfaction and organisational commitment, the authors re-apply and extend these ideas to data from WERS2004. In particular they develop the concept of institutional embeddedness, in order argue that both the depth and breadth of EIP have important associations with commitment though not with satisfaction.

This association held for workplaces employing 25 or more workers, and here it was apparent that the more that employees are involved at workplace level – through a wider number of EIP practices that are held more frequently and include opportunities for workers to have their say – the more likely it is that investments in EIP will reap the reward of organisational commitment. For smaller establishments, given that they tend to operate with relatively few formal schemes, it is likely that managers in these workplaces find alternative ways in which to engage the workforce, and that informal EIP offer similar levels of embeddedness in these situations. A clear implication to be drawn from the findings is that, in a context of lower levels of formality within organisations (large and small), line managers are more than ever the key link between HR policy and the embodiment of actual practice at the workplace.

广西城镇居民最低生活保障线测算——基于扩展线性支出系统模型(ELES)的研究

最低生活保障线反映了一个地区的居民维持衣、食、住、行等基本生活的最低标准,是实施最低生活保障制度的基础。文章利用扩展线性支出系统模型对当前广西城镇居民最低生活保障线进行测算,并进一步测算其在未来几年内的发展趋势。测算数据表明,当前广西实际发放的城镇居民平均最低生活保障标准比测算标准低;未来几年内,在不考虑通货膨胀情况下,最低生活保障线呈上升趋势,但增幅不大。鉴于我国目前的物价上涨较快,政府在制定政策时必须有所考量。     

Project Management of Production Line Automation: A Comparative Analysis of Project Management in Brazil and Colombia

This article aims to evaluate the production line automation projects developed by Brazilian and Colombian companies from the Project Management perspective, through the analysis of the application degree of PMBOK processes, to understand how formal techniques are being employed in these countries and also to identify improvement opportunities, when necessary. Data were collected through a survey. The similarity index between the ten processes, with the highest application degree in the Brazilian and Colombian samples, was 70%. For the processes with the lowest application degree, the similarity index was 60%. No similar study was found in the literature.
